Kids Conversion Sims 4 by simstrouble brings the Mabelle hairstyle to your smaller Sims. This is a conversion of an adult hairstyle, now available for kids and toddlers. The hair itself has 24 swatches. There's also a hair clip accessory that comes with it in 14 metal tones. You'll find the clip in the hair decorations category.

This hair mod is base game compatible, so you don't need any expansion packs to use it. It should work fine with hats.
