DL ( early access at patreon ) Sims 4 by obscurus-sims adds a bunch of face masks and nose presets to your game. You get the "NOSEMASK N10" which is a face mask in 70 different colors, available for all ages and genders. There's also a "NOSEMASK N10 overlay" in 4 colors, also for all ages and genders, designed to be layered with the main mask. Finally, the mod includes 4 nose presets, but these are only for female Sims and child-aged Sims and older.

Since it's an early access item, you might need to support the creator on Patreon to get it right now. Everything is HQ compatible, so it should look good even if you use a high-quality graphics mod. If you like giving your Sims unique facial features or want them to wear face masks, this is a good one to check out. The nose presets are a nice touch, although it's a bummer they're only for female Sims.
